HISTORY AT PRESENT TECHNOLOGY CERTIFICATES



MATERIALS

  • spheroidal cast iron EN-GJS-500-7 according to EN 1563:1997 (GGG50 according to DIN 1693),
  • gray cast iron EN-GJL-200 and EN-GJL-250 according to EN 1561:1997  (GG20 and GG25 according to DIN 1691),
  • black heart malleable cast iron EN-GJMB-350-10 according to EN-1562:1997 (GTS  35-10 according to DIN 1692),
  • white cast iron -  hardness about 400 HB,
  • pearlitic malleable cast iron: Rm = 420-450 MPa,  A3 = 5-7%, hardness 150-200 HB.

MOULDING MACHINES

  • half-automatic moulding line Heinrich Wagner  SINTO - high pressure air flow squeeze; box size  600x400x130,
  • automatic moulding line DISAMATIC 2013,
  • jolt-squeeze moulding machines: Foromat, FKT: box size from 400x300x110 to 800x700x240,
Our technology allows for manufacturing rough castings in accuracy class III according to PN 76-H/89205 (GTB-15 and GTB-16 according to DIN 1686). The level of the Ra parameter which characterizes the quality of the rough casting surface is from 25 to 100 ųm depending on the construction of the casting and the type of shots used for dressing.

CORE SHOP

MELTING

  • two cold blast cupolas with diameter fi 900,
  • two induction furnaces with capacity 3 tons,
  • DUPLEX system.

PATTERN SHOP

CASTINGS WEIGHT
0,1 kg - 100 kg.

QUALITY CONTROL

  • moulding sand and core sand properties control,
  • chemical composition control - spectrometer SPECTROMAXx,
  • mechanical parameters control - Rm,  A5, A3, HB,
  • inter-division quality control,
  • final control (dimensions, surface quality, casting defects, hardness),

HEAT TREATMENT
Our electrical furnaces allow us to perform every of such operations.

FINAL PROCESSING

  • turbine and chain shot-blasting machines,
  • runners and flashes grinding,
  • coating with anticorrosion primer - at customer's request,
  • assembly services.

MACHINING

  • turning,
